At Ridah Clothing, each piece is meticulously crafted with devotion. We hope you love our products just as much as we do. However, if you are unhappy with anything you have received from our store, we are here to help.

Order Confirmation and Shipping

  1. Order Confirmation: As soon as you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email.
  2. Order Dispatch: Once the order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our shipping agents’ sites.
  3. Shipping Time: Orders are shipped within 10-15 working days of order placement. International shipping times may vary based on your location.

Return and Refund Policy

We maintain a strict no-refund policy upon product sale. However, if you encounter sizing issues or notice imperfections, we facilitate alterations. Please note that we do not facilitate exchanges for a different item.

Exchange Policy

  1. Conditions for Exchange: We allow exchanges only in the case of size issues. The product can be exchanged for a smaller or larger size of the same item.

  3. Return Condition: The product should be returned in the same condition as received, with its original packaging and tags.
  4. Shipping Costs: Customers must self-ship the products back to us in case of exchange. To and fro shipping costs will be borne by the customers.

Exchange Process

  2. Our team will respond within 1-2 working days, guiding you through the exchange process. They may request additional photos or information for assessment.

Important Notes

  1. Any shipping costs associated with returning the garment to us are the customer’s responsibility.
  2. Garments exhibiting signs of wear cannot be considered for exchanges or returns.
  3. Ridah Clothing reserves the right to inspect the product’s condition and make a decision on the exchange eligibility.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, write to us within 24 hours of placing the order at ridah.clothing@gmail.com.
  2. Refund Processing: The payment will be returned in the same mode as received within 7-15 days.
  3. Sale or Promotional Orders: Orders placed during a sale or any promotional event are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

Refunds

We do not provide returns/refunds on any products sold. Each piece reflects the skillful craftsmanship of our artisans and our commitment to delivering a product of impeccable quality.

Credit Note

If the size of the desired product is out of stock, a credit note will be issued, valid for three months from the date of exchange.

International Orders

Dispatch and Delivery Timeline

  1. Made-to-Order and In-Stock Items:
    • The majority of our products are crafted with utmost care and are made to order. Therefore, we kindly request your patience, allowing approximately 14 working days for the processing and dispatch of these items. For custom measurements or color variations, the process may extend up to 20 working days or more, depending on the style. Our skilled artisans and craftsmen meticulously ensure that each product meets the highest standards before it is shipped to you.
    • For your convenience, we maintain a limited stock of some of our best-selling products. Orders containing in-stock items will be shipped within 3-4 business days from the date of purchase. We understand the importance of receiving your order promptly, and we strive to dispatch these items swiftly.
  2. Urgent Orders: For urgent orders, reach out to us on WhatsApp or DM for possible arrangements.
  3. Delivery Timeline: Upon dispatch, the delivery timeline is subject to location and distance. We are not responsible for any unforeseen delay caused by courier companies/postal authorities. Shipping Charges

  1. Domestic Orders: Free shipping within India on all orders above INR 3499.
  2. International Orders: Contact us on WhatsApp or DM on Instagram for international orders shipping.

Taxes and Duties

  1. Indian Customers: Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.
  2. Import Duties: Any import duties applicable will be borne by the customer.

Additional Information

  1. Monitor Display: We hope you love everything that you order from us because we absolutely make every product with love and care. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
  2. Dry Clean Only: All products will be dry clean only.

Customization

  1. Customized Orders: Please note that you will not be entitled to cancel an order for any customized item unless the product is faulty or not as discussed. If you've requested customization for any product, the delivery timeline will be 15-20 working days as it will be made specifically for you. We strictly do not accept any exchange on customized products. Custom-made orders can only be altered. Sale Orders

All orders placed during a sale will be delivered in 15-20 working days. We do not accept any return, exchange, or size alterations on discounted/sale orders.
